Hiring an in-house sales team is simply not an affordable option for most independent restaurants. That is where we come in. The restaurants we represent only pay us based on the business we bring them through our event bookings. It’s a win-win situation.
No. We sell the exact same product at the same rate you would pay had you purchased it directly from the restaurant. That said, clients are welcome to review their bills on site and pay the venue directly if they wish.
Restaurant Events is paid the same commission from all the venues that we work with. We are under no obligation to refer a particular restaurant over another and have no quotas to meet.
Restaurant Events saves you time, energy and money. We are available during regular business hours and can be contacted around the clock if need be. We have up-to-date information and the ability to act on behalf of each restaurant, therefore our turn-around time is very short, usually within a couple of hours. Our proposals come via fax or email complete with photos, descriptions and a sampling of menus within your price range. We will give you three to four choices based on your needs and budget requirements. When planning an event utilizing multiple venues such as a Progressive Dinner or Dine Around, we will save you hours of time on the phone.
Whether you have booked one or multiple restaurants, we will contract the event, assist with payment including direct billing, and meet with the restaurant(s) to confirm the details. The day of your event, we will advance the venue, deliver and place custom menus, and re-confirm all of the details to ensure a flawless event. Depending on your specific needs, we would be happy to assist on site.
